Weekday Rate (Mon-Thurs): $130.00/night Weekend Rate (Fri-Sun): $145.00/night or (20% OFF) $775.00 per week. Fall/Winter Rates (Nov 1st- Mar 1st) Weekday Rate (Mon-Thurs): $100.00/night Weekend Rate (Fri-Sun): $115.00/night or (20% OFF) $650.00 per week.
For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing's local check-in time. Reservations fill up quickly for summer and fall months, holidays, and special events. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
