Event Pricing

Venue Location: $300 for the use of the property as a venue location in addition to the standard rental cost of Rumple's Retreat, The Overlook, Ridgetop Retreat, and Wild Horse Lodge. Please note that these cabins must be rented together to host an event venue.

Cleaning Fees: $200 for cleaning and maintenance to ensure that the cabins are in excellent condition for your event.

Please note that the standard rental cost of the cabins is not included in the event hosting services pricing. This cost varies depending on the dates and number of guests. Contact us for a personalized quote for your event.

Venue

Our cabins are set in the heart of Grayson Highlands, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forest. We offer four cabins, Rumple's Retreat, Wild Horse Lodge, Ridgetop Retreat and The Overlook as event spaces. These cabins must be rented together to host an outdoor event venue. Rumple's Retreat can sleep up to 5 people, The Overlook sleeps 6-7, Ridgetop sleeps 2-3, and Wild Horse Lodge can sleep up to 8 people.

Accommodations

Our three event cabins, Rumple's Retreat, Wild Horse Lodge, and The Overlook, can sleep up to 22 people combined, with additional camping and RV space available for larger groups. We also offer a third cabin cabin (Little Gray Cabin) that can be rented separately to accommodate additional guests. Our cabins offer a range of amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and cozy firepits to keep you warm at night.
