The best view on the property, the overlook is our newest cabin completed in early 2024. This charming cabin just minutes away from Grayson Highlands State Park, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and entertainment. Nestled into the hillside the cabin is a secluded getaway with unparalleled views of the mountains, and creek below. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the community arcade and outdoor theater. We have highspeed Wi-Fi across the entire property. Relax and unwind and let the worries of the world fade away.

The larger master bedroom has a TV, queen bed, washer/dryer and dresser. The living room has a large futon that folds out into a queen bed. The second bedroom is a smaller room with a full mattress, and bunk cot. The large graveled lot hosts a firepit, benches, and a hammock to relax in, as well as overhead lighting.

To ensure our cleaning staff can enjoy their holidays, we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. We block off these dates; please reach out to us to check availability for these holidays as they may show blocked in the calendar but available.

For a refund guest must cancel 14 full days prior to listing's local check-in time. Reservations fill up quickly for summer and fall months, holidays, and special events. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. 20% Cancellation fee's apply to all direct bookings.
